- Build trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with dealer customers as well as company and brand colleague.
- Audi teams to ensure accomplishment of mutual goals and objectives.
- Resolve business related problems, including partnership , operation under the law and regulations.
- Review latest lease, procedure, plan and policies
- Maintain an open line of communication between Region Management, and region office personnel; and provide the primary liaison between the various corporate elements of the company and the dealer organization.
- Assist in company, equity verifications and other team activities as required to optimize the region’s performance.
- Understand, use, and protect company confidential information and information systems. Strategically share confidential information with dealers to further company goals with a clear understanding of the sensitivity & proprietary nature of the information & in compliance with privacy policy.
- Conduct monthly and annual business reviews of all company business plans. Assist with equity verification
- Manager controls and evaluates the company's customer portfolio, Control and manage the company call center.
- Analyze , establish and manage the customer data dashboard ,analysis of the company.
- Control and manage the customer relation management operation on company existing customer portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business, Sale or other related field.
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree.
- Good command in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required).
- Have Management, Strong analytical, Critical thinking, Excellent communication, Problem-solving and Strong leadership.

- August 2, 2010 amalgamated between The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd. and Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to "SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd.
The company now has a staff of more than 3,000 employees with all production capacity more than 200,000 units/year in order to meet rapidly increasing market demand in Asia.
