Logistics Associate (Export Customs Operation)

This will be centralization for customs clearance until delivery cargo to customer on time. Associate should have skills in order to solve any problem related with Logistics field, Logistics Knowledge, Laws & Regulations concerning to Export customs formality including Service mind and Fundamental English skill. Working under pressure, compromise and negotiation with related parties are required.
Responsibilities
- Operation & Control
- Booking requisition to Service provider (Vessel, Truck cross border Malaysia, Air cargo) by Logistics system or carrier website.
- Receive shipping document from Sales and send to Customs broker/ logistics PIC for issue export declaration.
- Check shipping documents, Privilege, HS code and draft export declaration and good control list.
- Monitor & control for on time delivery to port/airport as agreed.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport company for loading export cargo.
- Monitor and control Billing from Service provider.
- Input Logistics expense to ERP System.
- Controlling Tax compensation, BOI Privilege Utilization.
- Co-ordination
- Internal - Co-ordinate with Sales and related departments about export shipment and concern issue.
- External - Co-ordinate with Service providers and Customs officer for customs clearance and consult any problems about customs.
- Reports
- Monthly report total export volume
- Control Key performance indicator (KPI)
- Monthly report control for export privilege
- Action plan & budget report
- Others
- To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- To follow company policies and regulations
- To have skill for clarification of HS code
- To be well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication
- Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
- Able to work at Ayutthaya
- Bachelor degree or higher in Logistics management and related field
- Good command of English (TOIEC 550)
- Have can do attitude and digital transformation mindset
- If have knowledge on import & export customs operation would be advantage
- Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
