Customer Consultant

- Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer issues and resolve them promptly, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Collaborate with our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Sales or Customer Service Operation.
- Familiarity with IT platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
