Job Responsibilities
• Understand customer business model, analyze user’s problem, and process behavior.
• Training/ Implement Manufacture execution software.
• Recognize issues, take ownership and drive to solution.
• Confirm solution and customization with user, coordinate with programmer.
• Proposed improvement or extended total solution to customer.
• For production consultant, understand customer production flow, routing, machine, tooling, molding and recipe. Get pain point and existing issues, give advisement base on system structure and industry experience, adjust and improve to fit in ERP production module or standard Manufacture execution system.
Qualifications
• Thai Nationality or Thai residence is preferred
• Experience in ERP or production industry.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, production engineering.
• Good understanding of production processes and practices, from MRP, , APS, production process, routing design, quality control, preventive maintenance…etc.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.
• Good communication skills, team player and logical thinking.
• Basic database and reporting tools concept is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Infor…etc is an advantage.
• Experience in Production system such as Siemens, PLEX, IBM …etc is an advantage.
• Fluency in Thai. Either English or Chinese at intermediate level prefer.
