Admissions Executive
Shrewsbury International School Bangkok City Campus- reports directly to the Director of Admissions of the school;
- is responsible as part of the admission team for admissions into the school from prospective parents;
- works to achieving admission and application targets established in the school budget and the school development plan;
- works closely with the Director of Admissions and as part of the admissions team to discharge all the work and duties of the admissions function of the school professionally and efficiently;
- maintains excellent professional relations and works closely with the Senior Management Team in respect of admissions, prospective parents and school visits;
- is responsible for proactive outreach and promotion of the school to prospective parents;
- will ensure that the admissions process families adheres to the school’s Admissions’ Policy at all times;
- is responsible for delivering consistently professional and high quality experiences for prospective families including school tours which actively promote the school with the objective to secure application to the school;
- attend networking events and help nurture relationships with key connections to the school;
- perform administrative duties of the admissions function;
- is a member of the Marketing Committee.
The Admissions Executive will
- respond professionally to all enquiries from families with promptness and efficiency;
- actively pursue enquiries in order to convert into school visits and subsequently into application and admission of children;
- liaise closely with families – including new admissions – to ensure that questions, concerns and queries are appropriately directed
Professional Expectations:
- Receive, review, and process student applications ensuring all required documents are submitted.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including personal details, academic transcripts, and assessment results.
- Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Provide comprehensive information about the school's curriculum, extracurricular activities, admission requirements, and policies to prospective families.
- Communicate admission decisions promptly and professionally, offering support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Interviews and Assessments:
- Schedule and conduct admission interviews and assessments for prospective students.
- Pre-evaluate applicants based on academic performance, language proficiency, and personal characteristics, ensuring alignment with the school's values and standards.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and relevant departments to coordinate admission events, such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation sessions.
- Liaise with the finance department to manage tuition payments, fee structures, and financial aid applications.

Marketing and Recruitment:
- Work closely with the Marketing team in accordance with the Marketing’s strategies and events.
- Represent the school at local and international recruitment fairs, conferences, and community events to expand the school's reach and attract diverse student populations.
- Attend Seasoned recruitment and networking events know that required work long hours during the peak recruitment season, off work hours or weekends.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyse admissions data, including applicant demographics, enrollment trends, and conversion rates, to inform strategic decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for school leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement within the admissions process.
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail

Policy Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations, accreditation standards, and school policies throughout the admissions process.
- Stay informed about changes in admission requirements, visa regulations, and immigration policies affecting international students
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive relationships with current students, parents, alumni, and community partners to enhance the school's reputation and attract referrals.
- Confident public speaker
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A master’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as sales associate is required.
- Language: Strong English and Thai is required, the ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin, Japanese would be an advantag.
- Personal Suitability: Organised, flexible, reliable, effective Interpersonal, presentable, well-mannered.
- Business Equipment and Computer Literacy: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS outlook, MS windows, MS Word, MS Office, MS, Google products, Database software.
