- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- Strategic Planning: Formulating HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
- Training and Development: Creating and executing training initiatives to enhance employee skills and overall performance.
- Performance Management: Establishing and administering performance evaluation systems, offering constructive feedback, and identifying avenues for growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and health coverage.
- HR Administration: Managing administrative functions such as payroll processing, record maintenance, and upkeep of employee documentation.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership to the HR team, setting targets, and fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Strategic HR Projects: Spearheading projects focusing on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in Human Resources (HRM) and Training and Development (HRD)
