-Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Share monthly results with the plant management committee and conduct quarterly presentations to all employee levels.
-Budget and Forecast Preparation: Prepare the annual budget and yearly forecast for the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
-Standard Cost Management: Update and analyze standard costs, collaborating with relevant departments to identify and implement improvements.
-Costing Improvement Audits: Conduct process routing audits to enhance costing procedures and accuracy.
-Genba Checks: Perform Genba checks on actual costs and scrap processes to ensure data integrity.
-Cost Roll-up and Bridging: Manage monthly standard cost roll-ups and ensure continuity between months.
-Gross Margin Analysis: Conduct product gross margin analyses to identify profitability trends and opportunities.
-Cost Analysis: Analyze costs by nature, cost center, and implement effective cost control measures.
