Job Summary:
The strategic HR manager is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies to attract potential candidates and motivate existing employees. This role also involves developing HR policies and programs that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive.
- Evaluate and improve existing compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards in compensation and benefits administration.
2. Human Resource Development:
- Design and implement HR development programs to enhance employee skills, career growth, and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Develop succession planning strategies to identify and prepare future leaders within the company.
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations and company standards.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
4. Strategic HR Planning:
- Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
