- Ensure brand compliance by maintaining the highest luxury quality standards, staying relevant to industry trends, and creating new experiences for emerging market trends.
- Manage, collect, and co-develop brand and concept experiences, aiming to identify 30 Best Practices for cross-exposure and adoption across properties.
- Develop brand training tools to help associates understand our brand experience, conduct yearly brand refresh training, and identify internal talents for future Property Experience Director roles.
- Create brand assets for internal communication to highlight the uniqueness of our brand, partnering with Brand HQ Brand Communications to share property stories for marketing content based on yearly brand and global campaign needs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Brand Assurance Audits, including all ACCOR onboarding and franchise activities.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
- Preferred applicants will have high-end hotel operations and F&B experience.
- Able to manage various operation departments and P&L.
- Possess a high aesthetic sense and a passion for guest experience and developing curated experiences.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a creative and positive mindset.
- Highly proficient in the English language.
- Skilled in organizing and conducting both online and offline projects.
