• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
• Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, Interpreter or relevant position.
• Chinese communication skill, HSK5 or above is a plus (English skill is an advantage)
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, especially in telephone communication.
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft office.
• Good interpersonal skills, good mental health, service mind, able to work under pressure.
