Customer Service Representative - Jewelry Manufacturer
บริษัท อัลมอนด์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, responding promptly to inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise
- Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on orders, check in on their satisfaction, and identify any new needs
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with our production team
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them select the right jewelry pieces for their business
- Research and qualify new potential sales leads, reaching out to introduce our company and product offerings
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and record- keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new software/systems
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing, gemstones, and industry trends is a plus
