>request / review PPAP , monitoring /update all issues which will effect to Business up / down / lost / win
such as demand, forecast, order, production plan, delivery, quotation, payment,
market share , price issues, competitor status etc..
2, Correspond with customers related persons
such as : R&D Engineering , Purchasing , Sourcing ,production, accounting, SQE
3, Internal communication with..
Bangkok sales team : customer service, products coordinator to sharing information and any support
Japan team : Sales , Business unit , products Manager, application engineering
to update business status, customer demand /requires, make sales plan, estimation, price etc.
Factory : Production. Logistics. Engineering, QC/QA.Legal.BOI, in order to respond to customer together
4.Summarizing and review business as below..
• the number of Sales plan (twice a year)
• sales estimation, forecast (twice a month),find the action to achieve target
• verify the root cause/reason of Sales result (up/down)
• Monitoring and minimize Inventory
• keep update /report overall business status to the team
5.Quality issue : gather back ground, pick up and send the defect to analyze
= > explain analyze report to customer
6. Expand more business : Introduce NMB new products, New project development to current and
new potential customers
7.provide visiting report and monthly topic to Manager and related persons
