- Lead and oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet targets.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall plant performance.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce production downtime.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Evaluate and enhance employee performance through training and development.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 7-15 Years proven experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning and resource management.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and safe work environment.
