Collection Administrator
บริษัท ลีสซิ่งไอซีบีซี (ไทย) จำกัด- Support all payment activities of Collection Department such as settlement, confirm bill payment, amend payment, etc. for driving department’s performance.
- Verifying daily payment transaction with accuracy both of the sender and the receiver.
- Contract and service customer payment and issue some letters that related about verifying payment.
- Coordinate internal work procedure with cooperation to other departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relate fields
- Experience in Customer service / Banking / Finance industry is an advantage
- Good service mind skill
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to use Microsoft office program
- Able to work under pressure
- Team work is required.
