Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage sales activities in the assigned region (North/South/West/East)
• Manage and distribute Traditional Trade customer group products
• Supervise and manage Area Sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Analyze P&L, competitors, and promotions, and identify opportunities to increase market share and achieve organizational goals
• Drive sales to achieve annual organizational targets
• Evaluate and track sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Motivate the team and build strong relationships with customers
