HR Supervisor
บริษัท อีแซดโอเชี่ยน โลจิสติกส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด1. Responsible for end-to-end employee recruitment process, which includes job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and so forth.
2. Arrange and supervise the onboarding of new employees, encompassing the creation of system accounts, data collection, induction training, probationary period management, among others.
3. Responsible for employee relations management, which involves the handling and timely follow-up of employee hiring, transfers, and terminations etc..
4. Lead in the establishment of the company’s pertinent rules and regulations, inclusive of employee handbooks, labor contracts, and related regulatory frameworks.
5. Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on human resource matters and company policies and regulations.
6. Handle the registration of the company’s social insurance account, as well as the operation and administration of employee social insurance programs.
7. Process employee attendance records, conduct reconciliations, and compute monthly payroll.
8. Manage administrative tasks and handle additional assignments as directed by the manager.
2. A bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field, with proficiency in Mandarin being preferred.
3. At least two years of working experience in human resources, specifically in areas such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
4. Strong knowledge of human resource practices, particularly HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and standard operating procedures.
5. In-depth understanding of labor laws, social insurance, and company regulations.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
7. Can speak English.
