Role & Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategic Management:
• Provide visionary leadership to ensure the centre’s missions and goals are achieved.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of education and care provided.
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes staff collaboration and professional growth.
2. Financial Management:
• Develop, manage, and oversee the centre’s annual budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Create and manage tuition fee invoices, ensuring timely billing and collection of fees.
• Track financial inflows and outflows to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyse cash flow projections, financial reports, and budget forecasts.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and manage financial risks.
3. Programme Development and Oversight
• Ensure that programmes are aligned with the centre’s core values and educational philosophy.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
4. Human Resources Management:
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified and passionate staff members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a supportive work environment
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations
5. Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
• Manage administrative functions, including admissions, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Ensure compliance with all national and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility management to ensure a clean and well-maintained centre
6. Purchasing and Resource Management:
• Oversee the procurement of educational materials, office supplies, and facility resources
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Track and monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary resources.
• Implement and maintain a resource management system to track usage and optimize allocation.
7. Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, families, and the community
• Organise and participate in events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote the centre
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns
