• Work as part of production team, prepare, cook and dispatch food on daily basis, ensuring consistency of presentation, production quantities and portion control as per standardized menus and / or recipes.
• Set up of all front production food areas ensuring the chain unit is ready to work.
• Use the production equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure that the finished products are correctly labeled
• Ensure that no Expiry products are used in the production cycle
• Ensure that Product traceability is maintained by identifying which batch is used in which production.
• Undertake cleaning duties including general cleaning of equipment and production areas
