Inviting applications for the role of Customer Care. In this role, candidate is required to provide resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.
Responsibilities
• Call handling - Inbound calls, outbound calls to answer inquiries, providing updates to the customer, assisting and completing customers’ requests about related products.
• Chats, email handling - answer product-related inquiries, coordinate with internal team to fulfill customers' requests.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Other task related to nature of work and business per the department managers assigned
• Good verbal and written communication skills – Primary language as Thai
