- Preparing the documents for Customs clearance processes.
- Providing and informing the shipment of customers with the related shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing list, Bill of Landing. etc.
- Organizing the loading plan to achieve the KPI target.
- Checking the schedule of Production Control in the Customer, Quantity, Date, and Mode of Shipment sections to confirm the sales.
- Reserving trucks/container/cargo space for export by air to be used for transporting goods.
- Preparing various documents related to sales, such as invoices, Packing Lists, and Shipping Instructions.
- Coordinating with shipping for customs clearance procedures for exports, including handling various forms and providing support to customers. Contact the forwarder to arrange Bill of Lading (BL) or Airway Bill (AWB) documents.
- Send sales-related documents to the accounting department.
- Support supply chain activity to enhance overall supply chain performance
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field.
- Logistics Function knowledge, Custom Regulation, Incoterm condition, Tariff Code would be advantage.
- Excellent communication in English (both Written and Spoken).
- Knowledge of control, management, and inventory management.
