Customer Acquisition Executive
บริษัท แบล็ค มอนสเตอร์ สตูดิโอ จำกัด1. Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use CLOSING TECHNIQUES to persuade customers to purchase our product.
2. Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
3. Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly targets.
4. Seek feedback from customers to have insights on their participation journey, and keep a record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
5. Handling acknowledging rejections and providing alternative approaches even in difficult situations.
1. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (100% Working from home)

3. Results-driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact HANDLING SKILLS and ACTIVE LISTENING. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
5. Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and proactive approach.
6. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
7. Language required: English, Thai
8. Education level Bachelor’s degree in any field.
