หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ• Being responsible for all aspects of HR and general administration of the company.
• Being a business partner of every division, in order to stand the functions and respective HR needs and improvements.
• Creating attractiveness of the company in terms of talent acquisition.
• Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including performance management systems, recruitment, employee relations, organization effectiveness and people development.
• Implementing and monitoring company policies in accordance with labour laws and regulations.
• Providing leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to HR professionals and other personnel within the company.
• Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relationships, engagement, retention and performance.
• Overseeing recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, benefits and organization development.
• Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters.
• Manage and control expenses related to human resources according to the yearly budget.
• Lead the implementation of HR functions of the ERP or any related applications.
คุณสมบัติ• M/F, 35 – 45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in HR & General Administration functions, especially in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills, mature and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of HRM, HRD, Thai labour laws and regulations.
• Strategic thinking ability and proactive with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature with strong leadership and people management skills, well-organized and service minded.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations Management.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
