- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Handle the processing of all orders (PO) with accuracy and timeliness, including Sample request (SR), New Products Development (NPD) and Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Arrange booking for Export shipments, deal with shipping and prepare shipping docs.
- Cooperate between Sales and other sections
- Keep Test Report/ Quality certificate in the shared drive.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Pen new customer and keep Company registration and PP.20 in files.
- Stock Sales control and prepare samples support at Bio House.
