• Establish the strategic planning and action plan for Claim Department.
• Revise process & procedure of Claim department.
• Oversee the claim suspense and audit, approve and authorize claim payment.
• Lead and manage claims operating for all type of insurance.
• Review and clarify issue from customer and coordinate with external legal to attest OIC or court.
• Oversee the claim consideration by checking the information medical documents conditions of coverage and exclusions as specified by the company.
• Perform management reports and analyze claims data to identify and advise the management team.
• Supervise and coaching the claims team.
