Chef (Private Residence)
บริษัท วชิรคม จำกัด- Work with a team to plan the menu; propose for selection and food preparation activities on a daily basis for the VIP family.(Household)
- Monitor and oversee sanitation practices to ensure that regulations and standards of cleanliness are always being strictly adhered to by employees.
- Coordinate all food purchasing, budgeting and planning operations with the Head chef and maids.
- Analyze recipes and make menu changes upon requests.
- Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards.
- A Culinary Degree from a reputable culinary school will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef or sous chef in high-end restaurants or as a Private Chef or Hotel.
- Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable receiving feedback.
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary planning.
- Passionate about food and culinary arts, creative and open to experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.
- Detail-oriented, especially food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs and schedules of the household.
- Discreet and respectful of privacy.
- Able to travel both domestic and international when required. (สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้)
