- Build relationships with employees, promote a positive organizational culture and primarily responsible for the creation and execution of internal employee engagement and communications campaigns.
- Develop effective internal communication both online & offline channels to employees.
- Initiate and develop monthly and quarterly engagement activities followed business direction.
- Analyse data reports from all sources to drive and initiate employee relations strategic.
- Control employee disciplinary to follow company Rule & Regulation and action.
- Responsible on internal cases, case investigation, case follow-up, report and ensure legal compliance.
- Responsible on welfare committee.
- Government Labour authority’s coordination.
- Recruiting new employees on both online & offline channels.
- Conduct soft interview on new employees according to team member given questionaires.
- Report list on qualify candidates and list a sets of ban candidates.
- Others as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Experience in employee engagement/relation is A MUST
- Creativity and Initiative thinking
- Strong communication skills
- English language proficienc
