Responsibilities
1. Training & Development, Operation Skill Development ,Productivity Improvement Program, Smart & Effectiveness Initiatives, Performance Coaching ,Leadership Development Program, Individual Development Program (IDP), Organizational Culture, Talent Management.
2. Plan and implement Organizational Development System. Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change.
3. Analyze, identify training and development needs of the organization in addition with develop both training contents and learning activities to enhance the current and future human resources requirements planned.
4. Ensure training and development activities are fully implemented effectively under corporate policy, strategy, budget, standard, and comply with the department skill development.
5. Create testing and evaluation processes for training effectiveness.
6. Ensure the training and development programs are aligning and supporting career development, talent management, and succession planning.
7. Support all Company’s projects and activities relevant to corporate matters.
8. Provide management and leadership development program to employees in every role from the top, middle, or entry-level to build up capability and the next future leader to the organization
9. Develop an innovation process to build people capability and new business to the organization
10. Manage the entire colleague life cycle to achieve new business development and to build employer branding of young entrepreneurial culture.
11. Propose and execute problems-solving solutions from trivial to complex issues to make sure the program runs smoothly.
