• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (required) and Chinese (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in CRM software for data input and software for paperwork such as Microsoft Office etc.
• Experience & orther skills:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
o Strong organizational skills for handling paperwork such as part requisition, part orders, work orders, ,expense claims etc.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery terminology(training can be provided if necessary).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with the job site, team members
