Sales Team Manager - Retail Stores (IT & Lifestyle Accessories)

- Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics for each area, identifying trends, and implementing adjustments to strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct regular review meetings with Area Managers to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across regions to maximize sales productivity.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for future growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple sales teams or regions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (Zortout).
