• • We are looking for a motivated & driven individual with Business Level English looking to start their career in the recruitment industry. As a Recruitment Researcher / Candidate Manager you will play a key role within a busy office supporting recruitment consultants.

    • Our office is based in Park Ventures Building in Bangkok, Thailand attached to the Phloen Chit BTS.

    • Your role as a Recruitment Researcher / Candidate Manager will be permanent full-time, following the Japanese Calendar.
    About the Role
    • As a Recruitment Researcher / Candidate Manager you will work closely with the team as you work hard to generate new candidates for positions, of a wide variety, in Japan.
    • Duties will include:
      • Daily phone and email contact with Candidates to discuss their needs and career plans
      • Making candidates aware of good opportunities and giving good detail on available roles
      • Leveraging social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to source and contact candidates
      • Supporting Recruitment consultants across a range of tasks
      • Working as part of the team to generate activity and hit targets
    • This is a fast-paced role with plenty of activity. A fantastic opportunity to get into the recruitment industry and to learn directly from company managers/directors.

• Business Level English (TOEIC 850)
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
