Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms are advantageous for the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to international agencies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Work with the support and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and adapt marketing materials for different regions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align sales strategies with product and operational capabilities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all international sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Travel:
Travel to international markets as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support sales activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural differences.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel internationally up to 30-50% of the time.
Fluency in Chinese and English Language
