Management Trainee

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints with right and positive approach
- Take ownership of sales revenue for the restaurant under your management in order to achieve targets.
- Drive sales programs, promotions and LSM in order to increase sales
- Train and monitor staff to ensure they thoroughly understand their role and responsibility
- Be responsible for end-to-end operational readiness to support sales activity: stock receipt from supplier, inventory control, kitchen/back of house, front of house and customer engagement
- Manage and control MH per roster planning
- Build a strong team through a positive work place environment and effective communication
- Be a champion of coaching, ensure every staff in the assigned restaurant understand their roles and responsibilities, and drive their performance to hit both financial and team targets
- Previous experience within a similar role or restaurant management position of preferably 1 years
- Experience within the hospitality industry and or food and beverage industry essential
- Previous leadership and management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline
- Leadership & Management Certificate/Diploma (preferred but not essential)
- Good leadership and willing to develop the management team and shaping the strategy and business performance of their site.
- A confident communicator who is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service within a branded environment
- Open-minded, customer focused, and able to deliver results under pressure
- Good business acumen and people development skills
- Fluent in spoken and written local language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strategic thinking & Drive for result
- Problem solving & decision making / Project Management / Negotiation
- Fostering Teamwork/ Coaching & giving feedback
- Budget Planning & management/ Financial Acumen
- Pre-Shift & Post-Shift Briefing with Team Staff (Daily)
- Operations Meeting with RM & Team (Weekly)
