Responsibility:
Compliance
• In charge of several projects between the corporate and regulated body such as E-Payment and other licenses.
• Report directly to the chairman/executive committee, work in partnership with teams from various departments in the organization to ensure all members remain informed of regulatory, legislative and best practice changes and how the change impact the business.
• Ensure operations standard is achieved with regulatory obligations while taking a commercial and practical approach as well as provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor changes to legislation and rules affecting the business and advise management and staff of the implications of these changes.
• Provide specialized regulatory expertise and carry out impact analysis for new/upcoming regulations held by the company and various government agencies including the SEC, SET, and BOT.
• Serve on other projects if needed.
Corporate Legal
• Review and amend the commercial contracts, legal documents, company documents, and publications.
• Develop and monitor processes and procedures for the submission of the Director’s resolutions.
• Support the business unit in the preparation of the Board resolution and minutes as required in liaise with the Company Secretary Department.
• Provide or procure an advice to the board per request.
