- Lead and mentor a team of talented producers, creatives, and project managers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with account management, creative, and strategy teams to understand client goals, objectives, and target audiences.
- Develop innovative and strategic production plans and timelines to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media content, videos, websites, and interactive experiences.
- Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers as needed to support production needs and scale capacity.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and production, and proactively integrate new ideas and techniques into our processes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career growth for team members.\
- Act as a liaison between production, account management, and clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (7 years) in digital marketing production, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and trends, with a passion for creating innovative and engaging content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp) and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, WordPress).
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to translate client objectives into compelling and effective digital marketing solutions.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams, driving performance, and achieving results.
