● Leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of all utility systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues,
ensuring adherence to safety protocols and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
● Driving energy-saving initiatives. Identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption and implement cost-effective solutions to achieve the goal.
● Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and potential issues by using data to develop predictive maintenance strategies and optimize maintenance schedules.
● Staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of utilities maintenance.
● Ontime submission about all relevant documents to government organizations.
● Be responsible for soliciting bids, evaluating qualifications, awarding contracts, and overseeing the work of subcontractors to ensure they meet all safety standards and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
