• Responsible for 360 degree role of a Recruitment Agency, perform duties including Business Development, Recruitment and Client Management.
• Handle full recruitment cycle from understanding clients’ requirement, candidate sourcing until on-boarding.
• Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings.
• Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.
• Be responsible to achieve individual’s sales targets.
• To participate in networking / marketing events from time to time.
