• Finance team management, control all operation Finance functions and staffs.
• Control and oversee payment transactions and related tasks both domestic and international.
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring and forecasting cash flow, optimizing working capital, and managing financial risks.
• Manage to minimize the company's financial costs.
• Manage and Review loan agreement regarding covenant control and documents submission.
• Analyze and improvement finance process and managing finance software programs.
• Deal with financial institutions for acquiring loans and credit lines and maintain good business relationship.
• To coordinate and prepare documents and/or report in relating to Bank
• Prepare and control the cash flow and bank deposit budgets for each period, generating financial reports for the company's management to be informed about operational results and the company's monthly liquidity.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
