Role and Responsibility:
• Design, implement, and manage a variety of cultural activities and program that align with the company’s values and strategic goals.
• Change Agent Development: Identify, train, and support change agents within the organization.
• Feedback and analysis: Collect and Analyze feedback from employees to measure the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management.
• Support relevant departments to drive organizational development.
Qualifications:
• Direct experience in Culture Engagement Strategy and Activity
• Inspirational leader with a passion for corporate culture and employee development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill
• Strong project management and organizational skill
• Creative, innovation, and passionate about fostering a positive culture
• Willingness to travel as needed
