- Responsible for all aspects of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action.
- Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside recommendations on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns.
- Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan meet the goal.
- Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaigns matching with target audiences and business objectives.
- Research the industry on an ongoing basis to know what changes may Be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategies of digital marketing and E-commerce.
- Updating Hot Topics /Relevant Trends and proposing/consulting the actionable implications for clients (Social Trends, Google Trends, E-commerce Trends…others).
Project Management (40%)
- Follow project to smoothly work with internal team and Other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time.
- Drive and implement Cost effective online, Social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop etc.) for all marketing funnels.
- Guide and train the team members to create a proposal material with an annual and monthly media planning, include: Budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and Negotiate with the Other vendors.
- Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews or project Review with clients.
Team Management (30%)
- Develop strategy and action plans to attain the P&L target, and Be Responsible for executing those plans with the support from the Senior Manager.
- Work together with the Pre-sales team to make proposals and help acquire new clients/projects.
- Responsible for team management, consisting of project managers and ad optimizers, to achieve with high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing division of a B2C/B2B company
- Hands-on knowledge/skills in digital ads campaigns (e.g. Facebook ads, Google ads)
- knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
- Conversational high-business level of English
- Advance in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in E-commerce business s a big plus
