HR:
- Gather local legal information and make interpretations, judgments, and proposals in accordance with the company's situation.
- Review all labor-related checks/issues/explanations prior to final approval by the president - Prepare and check documents
- Propose solutions to improve local employee motivation and turnover, and build relationships with each employee.
- Improvement of internal communication and management of event planning
Management of tasks related to contracts and personnel and labor affairs, and proposals for operational improvements
Admin:
- Contract management
- Leader of office relocation project
- Daily office maintenance
Accounting:
- Management and guidance of subordinates dealing with accounting firms (subordinates in charge of invoices and accounting are also responsible for the above Admin duties)
(Subordinates in charge of invoicing and accounting also perform the above Admin duties)
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 10 years working experience as HR task in any field
- Having experience as HRD
- Having knowledge of Labor law
- Business level of English
- Working as flexible
- Person who can work long time
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Having experience as building organizations related to HR
