หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Follow up from the beginning to the end of production.
Ensure the planning and weekly report via the people concerned -Participate in the evolution of the processes to improve the performance of our factory.
Work in close collaboration with the managers, then with the Head quarter.
Supervise our teams of workers.
Monitoring, development & research of manufacturing processes
Propose corrective and preventive actions to problems encountered.
Develop and optimize production lines.
Control the flows in the production lines.
Carry out specific tests.
Ensuring that products are of a quality that meets customer expectations.
Manage the follow-up of the products and be in contact with the customers.

คุณสมบัติ

Holder of a diploma/bachelor in General Engineering, Quality, Science of Materials.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar function within an industry.
Have skill of documents and technical manuals, the processes related to production, the quality procedures in an industrial environment.
Good knowledge of the production environment and continuous improvement.
Be a rigor, composure and responsiveness and have a taste for teamwork.
Able to manage and resolve emergency situations.
Good command of English, French is an advantage.
