Key Responsibilities:
As Asst. Manager, you will be the driving force behind our success, playing a crucial role in the development and continuous growth of our company. You will have direct responsibility for managing metal parts production with quality, cost of production, delivery. You will contribute to defining the company's strategic vision and ensuring its successful implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
- Proven experience in managing metal parts in the packaging industry.
- Expertise in welding, laser cutting machine, metallurgy, polishing: Leverage your knowledge in metal to enhance our capabilities.
- Advanced leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team towards common goals.
- Set-driven and teamwork attitude, outgoing personality.
- Excellent English and Thai communication skills.
- Able to work on every other Saturday.
