Recruitment Officer

- Employment contract preparing with sign.
- Probation follow-up, Probation evaluation and operational documentation.
- Attend events or career fair for recruiting.
- Recruitment report, KPIs and launch new improvement activity to achieve KPIs.
- Support recruitment event and Company's activities.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Political Science, Psychology or any other related fields.
- 0-5 years' of working experience in HR Recruitment in manufacturing field.
- Background from automotive or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection process.
- Good computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
