• HR function is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating employee records, including personal and professional details, compensation &benefits.
• HR planning function workforce, forecasting future resource needs and Manpower budget & Labour cost.
• Evaluation is the process of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of different HR functions, such as promotion evaluations. Bonus evaluation, etc.
• Maintain and ensure continue improvement the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy and program to meet the company objectives and market objective competitiveness.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements and other related and maintaining records.
• Supports all HR functions as needed and assigned.
