1. Campaign Management: Strategize, create, audit, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant platforms, aligning with business goals, including Marketplace - e.g. through A/B testing and carefully basing decisions on data & reporting
2. Advertising Messaging: Craft impactful ad copy and key messages to positively impact campaign performance in both Thai and English language
3. Creative Asset Management: Partner with Content and Graphic teams to produce eye-catching visual ads distributed across various channels, and strictly enforce deadlines
4. Partnership Engagement: Engage with partners (LINE, Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee, etc.), KOLs, influencers, and stakeholders
5. Schedule Management: Organize campaign timelines across social media and other digital platforms
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor campaigns, analyze insights, and strategize adjustments accordingly
7. Customer Insight: Acquire customer insights and develop detailed Customer Personas
8. Content Development Oversight: Lead content creation efforts for both internal and client campaigns, updating strategies for enhanced performance
9. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in advertising tools and features provided by partners and other industry players
10. Budgeting and Forecasting: Summarize and forecast advertising budgets for campaigns
11. Analytical Skills: Apply numerical expertise and logical analysis, utilizing tools like GA for data interpretation
12. Data Reporting: Summarize, analyze, and report on various data sets, including advertising placements, CRM data, and company sales
