Safety Officer
บริษัท บิลฟิงเกอร์ (ไทย) คอนสตรัคชั่น จำกัด1. Ensure that all Safety, Occupational Health and Environment at work management related activities are implemented in compliance with client requirements and Thai Law.
2. Implement client HSE management program and improvement through sharing and facilitating best practices with all project team.
3. Create activities to promote safety awareness and safety campaign e.g. weekly/monthly safety activities, safety newsletters, safety day for both staff and sub-contractors, etc.
4. Leading job safety analysis (JSA) to ensure risk is well mitigated.
5. Conduct audit, identify and monitor/working environment, and compliance to reduce potential risk on Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment at work and advise corrective actions and improvement as needed.
6. Track and follow up of actions/completion to ensure timing solution of any findings from Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment audits and other safety assessment activities.
7. Leading an investigation and analysis of all accidents/ incidents/ near miss and Occupational illness to prevent reoccurrence and provide measures for accident prevention.
8. Provide technical expertise, consultancy and interpretation of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment at work codes including legislative standards and requirements.
9. Conduct safety training/ competency development as plan and be an Instructor.
10. Provide the overall Safety, Occupational Health and Environment at work performance reports to provide a Management Information and benchmarking as well as to further improve as appropriated.
11. Prepare safety report; Safety Officer Report (จป. 1/ 2/ 3) and other reports (i.e. daily, weekly and monthly HSE report).
12. Take active role of safety advisor in case of emergency in accordance with the Emergency Procedure.
13. Ensure site construction safety are implement in accordance with Construction safety management plan.
14. Develop and conduct lesson learned sharing from accident/incident/near miss related personal safety in construction areas.
• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environment.
• Male/Female age between 25 – 40 years old.
• At least 2-5 years experiences in Construction safety and health management.
• Fair command of English communication skill both spoken and written and computer literacy.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
• Good organizational and motivational skills.
• Good human relationship.
