- Maintains and enhances the human resources development by planning, implementing, evaluating employee, development programs, and practices.
- Work closely with team to understand business needs, directions then design and implement effective HRD strategy to organization.
- Designing and implementation policies related to people development and development to build the corporate culture & employee engagement.
- Develop & manage staffs in the competent and professional way, within a framework and within their delegated responsibilities.
- Work closely with senior executive line manager to enhance company's goals and achievement. Key project: Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession planning, Culture Building, KM and Development Programs etc.
- Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal & learning systems to ensure competitiveness.
- Partner with team to organize and deliver a business solution and to support BU regarding to HRD implementation.
