1. Be fully responsible for the management of the electronics workshop, and be responsible for the achievement of KPI such as production delivery, quality, cost, efficiency, equipment, and safety.
2. Effectively organize production and coordinate the resources required for electronic workshop production to ensure production delivery.
3. Improve, control and supervise the production system, keep abreast of the progress and abnormal situations in the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and ensure that production tasks are completed as planned with quality and quantity.
4. Responsible for the quality management of the electronics workshop, analyzing and improving quality accidents and quality problems, and ensuring that the quality level of the workshop is steadily improved.
5. Responsible for organizing and carrying out daily management and maintenance of production equipment, spare parts, power facilities, etc. to ensure safe production.
6. Responsible for organizing and carrying out technological innovation and implementation work on technical difficulties in the electronic production process, and promoting technical support and technical improvement of electronic production processes.
7. Formulate an annual efficiency improvement plan, rationally allocate branch production personnel according to the plan, and optimize the production management system.
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
2.Male only age less than 40 years old

4.Have excellent planning, organization, communication, coordination, analysis, overall planning and resource integration capabilities.
5.Have knowledge about PCB
6.Familiar with the management model and operation methods of production planning management, operation management, quality management, on-site management, and cost control of the electronics branch, and possess the concepts of lean manufacturing and value chain management.

บริษัท โตชิบาคอนซูมเมอร์โปรดัคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2532 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่ม B.O.I. เริ่มดำเนินการผลิตในปี พ.ศ. 2533 โดยทำการผลิตตู้เย็นและในปี 2539 ทำการขยายการผลิตในส่วนของตู้เย็นและเครื่องซักผ้า โดยบริษัทได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือนในภูมิภาคนี้ จากความไว้วางใจนี้บริษัทฯ ได้ตระหนักถึงภาระหน้าที่สำคัญ ในการที่จะยกระดับมาตรฐานเพื่อให้เทียบเท่ามาตรฐานสากล โดยเน้นถึงการพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตรวมถึงระบบการบริหารคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยความพยายามและความร่วมมือของพนักงานในทุกระดับ ทำให้บริษัทได้รับการรับรองระบบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9002 จากสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมในปี พ.ศ. 2538 นับได้ว่าเป็นพื้นฐานที่จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาระบบงานและเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตสินค้าคุณภาพออกสู่ท้องตลาดเพื่อสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคต่อไปในอนาคต
