• Learn about the company's products both theoretically and practically in order to be able to repair them correctly, as well as provide knowledge and training to the technician team.
• Communicate with product manufacturers both domestically and internationally to obtain information about the methods and solutions to repair the products.
• Collect and store documents related to the company's product repairs to use as a database for future repairs.
• Organize meetings to plan and allocate resources for daily work to ensure efficient and timely completion.
• Prepare repair cost estimation reports for the sales department, including details of damage and costs of parts that need to be replaced or repaired, and calculate the labor cost of the technician team for that specific job.
• Prepare post-repair reports detailing the repaired or replaced parts, as well as various test reports such as Shaft runout, Dynamic balance, Tolerance, Hydrostatic test, Runing test, Performance test, etc., to send to customers as evidence along with the repaired product.
• Responsible for the department's KPI, which includes repair job efficiency such as repair time and customer claim rate.
• Responsible for managing the tools, machinery, vehicles, and work area of the technician team, as well as supporting their repair work to be efficient and orderly.
• Prepare plans for storing and ordering commonly used parts for repair work to ensure that the work is completed according to plan without waiting too long for parts.
• Can be a lecturer or trainer for customers regarding the repair and maintenance of the company's products.
