- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, and service requests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identify customers’ needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling different types of customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, business center, and relationship manager, to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution rate and adherence to schedule.
- Continuously to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques through training and development programs.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Other assignments.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in the local language (additional language skills may be preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using system software for call center.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work in shift and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals."
